【Well-being event】

Filter Solutions Japan celebrated World Well-being Week by organizing a lively Yoga event. One-hour yoga sessions were held over three days at the offices with the instructor Mr. Y, a Quality manager, who completed RYT200 yoga instructor training last year. He devoted several days to crafting a program tailored for beginners after work. With his enthusiastic instructions, participants were able to indulge in yoga after work, rejuvenating their bodies and minds. There have already been requests for similar events to be held regularly🧘🏼

Additionally, the Osaka office’s canteen promoted a "Well-Being Menu" by displaying posters to encourage a healthy diet. The event was a resounding success and a testament to our team's dedication to well-being👏🏻

【Curolling Tournament】

The annual SFSJ curolling tournament was held at the Osaka site's office building, aiming to promote health and friendship. After a hiatus due to the pandemic, it was successfully reinstated in 2023. This year, a total of 30 teams participated, surpassing the previous year's number. The venue was filled with excitement throughout the matches between each team, and the top three teams that won through the five-day tournament were awarded prizes🎉

What is Curolling?

Curolling is a sport that originated in Japan and is inspired by curling on ice. Players throw a ball called a jet roller with a roller on the bottom and compete for points by getting close to the point zone. It is a sport that anyone of any age or gender can casually enjoy, and it is also a sport that requires teamwork, so it is one of the charms that allows you to deepen your fellowship with your coworkers.

【Employee Appreciation Festival】

“SFSJ Employee Appreciation Festival” was held at the SFSJ Osaka site under the pleasant autumn sky. This event featured 12 food trucks offering various tasty choices, including fried chicken, crepes, curry, and more. Meal tickets were given to employees, who enjoyed their meals and conversed in a casual setting, providing a welcome break from their typically busy schedules.
